Up to 10 years’ warranty

The Pots Company NV warrants to the original buyer that the Ecopots product is free from defects in workmanship and materials, UV-stability and fractures from frost for a period of 10 years from the original date of purchase, provided the product is used properly, maintained with care and used only for personal, residential purposes.

This warranty excludes hardware and other non Ecopots composite parts. These parts are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years.

In the event a manufacturing defect arise within the warranty period, The Pots Company NV will replace the defective products or parts upon proof of purchase and a clear picture of the defect. Transportation, delivery costs, as well as payments to a third party for replacement of the item, remain the responsibility of the buyer.

In case the defect concerns a discontinued product, The Pots Company NV can replace in similar products to the worth of the original discontinued product . Warranty is to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

Any replacement of warranted items will be in the original style and colour, or a similar style and colour if the original is unavailable or has been discontinued. As some countries do not allow exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the exclusions and limitations may not apply. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.

Excluded from Warranty :

Products used for commercial, contract, or other non-residential purposes, or items damaged to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse, or improper assembly are not covered. Water damage is not covered. Damage as a result of fire or burn marks is not covered. Corrosion or rusting of hardware is not covered. Damage as a result of exceeding the maximum carrying capacity is not covered. Fractures as a result from frost are only covered if sufficient drainage has been provided and picture proof that plug is removed or hole is at bottom .
